Great job by Alan and Dave on my roof repairs. They found the source of a leak that has been causing me problems for the last couple of months. Also kudos to Richard for noticing some shingles that slipped and would have caused damage in time had he not noticed. Everyone was very knowledgeable about roofing and very honest in their assessments. I have used 3rd generation before and they are my first call for roofing and siding.

Needed a shed repaired after it was struck by parts of a neighbors tree. Mike took the time to carefully review the damage, take pictures and the repair to the roof and siding colors were matched and the material used I think are better than original. this is the second time that 3rd generation has done work for us and we couldn't be happier.

The staff and workmanship of 3rd Generation is fabulous. Plus, the cost was very fair. We had our garage repaired and sided this spring. We worked with 3rd Generation Home Improvements for several smaller projects last year and were extremely impressed with the quality of their work and dedication to the projects to be completed. We had awnings, gutters and a new storm door installed. Each project team showed up on time, completed the job quickly, informed us when the work was done, and left the property clean. Mike Scaperato, the owner, was easy to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. There were no pressure tactics used and he was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. When storm damaged our roof and fencing, we again called them to handle the work. After several calls to the insurance agency, we asked 3rd Generation if they could help us with the final details for the insurance payout. Rick Schreiner, the Insurance Restoration Specialist, worked tirelessly to iron out the details and make sure that we received all the monies available for our roof repair. His knowledge and dedication were amazing. The roof was completed and beautifully done. It was a very large job and only took the roofing team two days to finish the roof and it was replaced with a beautiful high quality product. Mike Scaperato, was also very helpful in coordinating this project. We plan to use them again in the future, and highly recommend this company.

I want to thank 3rd Generation for their excellent work and their ability to work with us given our situation. We had a mostly brick home and just a dormer that had old aluminum siding; over the past six years we have made several calls to various companies attempting to get someone to take this “small job”. I will say when companies get big, they forget about how they got that way and small jobs are not in their equation. I made a call to 3rd Generation and Rick came and looked at it and said they could do it but would have to schedule around some of their larger jobs and it would be about a three month wait but part of that included the ordering of the materials. We had no problem with that given everyone else had turned us down. Rick our representative contacted us and told us it would be around the first week or two in July. As promised, they were up and running. Justin and Kyle came in and did an excellent job. They were very personable, professional and precise. They took very good care of our property by covering up our plants while working, making sure no debris was around the area when doing the tear down and cleaning up the work site every evening before leaving. In the end, once the job was completed we received a call to determine if we were satisfied with the job and of course, we were. I truly want to thank the entire 3rd Generation staff for making this transformation happen. My husband and I had exhausted all avenues in making this change to the outside of our home. This was the last major change we needed for our home since we had renovated the entire interior of our home and even though this was in the back, it still represented us and we were not satisfied with the outdated look. Now we are proud of how the back of our home looks, it has a more updated and classic appearance. Thank you 3rd Generation and we will certainly call you again if we need other work done. We had 3rd Gen replace our inner and outer cellar doors, which included partially rebuilding the cinderblock stairway walls. The work was done efficiently when on premises. The contractors were polite and caused a minimum of disruption to my daily life. They cleaned up ALL debris. Couldn't be happier with the service. If I were to look for any negatives, I would say that the delay in beginning the project was a bit long, but I do understand supply chain issues, so it really isn't 3rd Gen's fault.

I received a quick estimate and the work was completed as promised and on time. The team was friendly and cleaned up each time they were at my home. I have had this company out to my home twice previously and each time had a good experience. They delivered exactly what was promised. For every exterior problem they have a great solution! Their job managers and crews are always on time, courteous, and helpful. They are able to handle the city's architectural board and accomplish everything in a timely manner. My projects: replace siding and insulate my kitchen exterior, replace back stairs with compound materials which can withstand snow and storms, replace front stairs with matching materials, new rain gutters, replace rail on upper balcony, replace membrane and flooring on upper balcony. And I've just started tackling all my 93 year-old house needs. 3rd Generation is my go-to company!

3rd Generation put soffits on our house as well as several other smaller jobs that were very valuable to us. Kyle and his crew were always efficient and professional and got the job done within 5 days even though there were only two of them. He’s a perfectionist and did a fantastic job. Our driveway was cleaner when they left than it was before they came. We will definitely use them again when we can.

3rd Generation has successfully completed 3 projects at my house in the last two and a half years, one small, and two fairly large jobs. In each case, the work was completed without any issues or problems. The largest and most recent project was re-siding my entire house and replacing all gutters and downspouts. It came out looking fantastic to the point, my sister in law, also decided to re-side her home. In addition, a number of neighbors have come over to look at the results, and they are looking at having 3rd Generation do some work for them. Not only was the work meticulous, and detailed, but there were no issues with cleanup. Kyle and his small crew focused on the job, making sure everything was addressed and completed properly before moving to the next section. From the moment I called and asked for a quote, Mike S was engaged. He promptly visited and followed through until the project was completed, and even weeks later to check my satisfaction levels. By far, the best experience with a contractor over the years. I had gone out and received 4 quotes, and 3rd Generation was very competitive. My gut estimate is the project added substantial value to my home. It looks like a brand new house. I highly recommend them.
