We worked with 3rd Generation Home Improvements for several smaller projects last year and were extremely impressed with the quality of their work and dedication to the projects to be completed. We had awnings, gutters and a new storm door installed. Each project team showed up on time, completed the job quickly, informed us when the work was done, and left the property clean. Mike Scaperato, the owner, was easy to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. There were no pressure tactics used and he was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. When storm damaged our roof and fencing, we again called them to handle the work. After several calls to the insurance agency, we asked 3rd Generation if they could help us with the final details for the insurance payout. Rick Schreiner, the Insurance Restoration Specialist, worked tirelessly to iron out the details and make sure that we received all the monies available for our roof repair. His knowledge and dedication were amazing. The roof was completed and beautifully done. It was a very large job and only took the roofing team two days to finish the roof and it was replaced with a beautiful high quality product. Mike Scaperato, was also very helpful in coordinating this project. We plan to use them again in the future, and highly recommend this company.
