I want to thank 3rd Generation for their excellent work and their ability to work with us given our situation. We had a mostly brick home and just a dormer that had old aluminum siding; over the past six years we have made several calls to various companies attempting to get someone to take this “small job”. I will say when companies get big, they forget about how they got that way and small jobs are not in their equation. I made a call to 3rd Generation and Rick came and looked at it and said they could do it but would have to schedule around some of their larger jobs and it would be about a three month wait but part of that included the ordering of the materials. We had no problem with that given everyone else had turned us down. Rick our representative contacted us and told us it would be around the first week or two in July. As promised, they were up and running. Justin and Kyle came in and did an excellent job. They were very personable, professional and precise. They took very good care of our property by covering up our plants while working, making sure no debris was around the area when doing the tear down and cleaning up the work site every evening before leaving. In the end, once the job was completed we received a call to determine if we were satisfied with the job and of course, we were. I truly want to thank the entire 3rd Generation staff for making this transformation happen. My husband and I had exhausted all avenues in making this change to the outside of our home. This was the last major change we needed for our home since we had renovated the entire interior of our home and even though this was in the back, it still represented us and we were not satisfied with the outdated look. Now we are proud of how the back of our home looks, it has a more updated and classic appearance. Thank you 3rd Generation and we will certainly call you again if we need other work done. We highly recommend 3rd Generation!
