After major wind damage Richard S. guided us through the claim process and worked closely with insurance to ensure everything was handled correctly. As home owners can be vulnerable during this time, his knowledge and understanding gave me the confidence I was in good hands. Thank you again for attention to detail in replacing patio support pole and custom work on my picture window. With new gutters and down spouts our house looks brand new and couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Looking forward to have 3rd Generation back out and replace my front door system.
