Great job by Alan and Dave on my roof repairs. They found the source of a leak that has been causing me problems for the last couple of months. Also kudos to Richard for noticing some shingles that slipped and would have caused damage in time had he not noticed. Everyone was very knowledgeable about roofing and very honest in their assessments. I have used 3rd generation before and they are my first call for roofing and siding.

Thank you Mike! He was willing to come out to look at a siding repair where a very small section had popped out. Fixed it on the spot. He was very friendly and helpful and did it without charge. Needed a shed repaired after it was struck by parts of a neighbors tree. Mike took the time to carefully review the damage, take pictures and the repair to the roof and siding colors were matched and the material used I think are better than original. this is the second time that 3rd generation has done work for us and we couldn't be happier.

When he first came out to look at my roof to give me what I thought would just be a quote, it was and so much more. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. The staff and workmanship of 3rd Generation is fabulous. Plus, the cost was very fair. We had our garage repaired and sided this spring. The staff was extremely careful in measuring, cutting and placement. They even worked through a brief blizzard! The garage is beautiful, so much so that neighbors have asked for their contact information. We couldn't be happier with the result! Don't hesitate to contact them!

I wouldn’t hire anybody else. Picking out new siding for your home could be very stressful but Rick made the entire process so easy. Kyle and crew exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on install. They treated my home as if it were their home. We worked with 3rd Generation Home Improvements for several smaller projects last year and were extremely impressed with the quality of their work and dedication to the projects to be completed. We had awnings, gutters and a new storm door installed. Each project team showed up on time, completed the job quickly, informed us when the work was done, and left the property clean. Mike Scaperato, the owner, was easy to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. There were no pressure tactics used and he was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. When storm damaged our roof and fencing, we again called them to handle the work. After several calls to the insurance agency, we asked 3rd Generation if they could help us with the final details for the insurance payout. Rick Schreiner, the Insurance Restoration Specialist, worked tirelessly to iron out the details and make sure that we received all the monies available for our roof repair. His knowledge and dedication were amazing. The roof was completed and beautifully done. It was a very large job and only took the roofing team two days to finish the roof and it was replaced with a beautiful high quality product. Mike Scaperato, was also very helpful in coordinating this project. We plan to use them again in the future, and highly recommend this company.
